Specialist Onboarding & Employee Development

Then you are exactly right with us. For our newly founded Academy, we are looking for a dedicated personality to actively shape onboarding, employee development, and learning management.

In the role of Specialist Onboarding & Employee Development (m/f/d), you will shape the entire journey of new employees from their first day of work to successful integration into the company. At the same time, you will support the establishment and expansion of our employee development and actively contribute to establishing the ADVITOS Academy as a central platform for learning, qualification, and development.

Tasks

Onboarding Organization

• Coordination and continuous further development of the company-wide onboarding concept
• Execution of the entire onboarding process
• Organization of onboarding events
• Maintenance and further development of onboarding checklists and learning paths
• Monitoring of onboarding progress and follow-up of outstanding measures
• Support for managers in onboarding planning
• Conducting feedback and review processes within the scope of onboarding
• Participation in the continuous improvement of the onboarding concept
• Close collaboration with HR and specialist departments

Employee Development

• Organization and coordination of internal development and further training offerings
• Support in the development and implementation of career, development, and qualification paths
• Support in the needs analysis of qualification measures
• Advising employees and managers on learning and development offerings
• Accompanying and administering development programs
• Participation in the introduction and maintenance of learning paths and qualification concepts
• Support in the evaluation of training and development measures
• Identification and utilization of funding opportunities

Academy & Learning Management

• Maintenance of learning content and creation, as well as further development of training catalogs
• Administration of qualification and training certificates
• Support with reporting, key figures, and analyses
• Collaboration with specialist departments to ensure up-to-date learning content
• Support with Academy projects and digitalization initiatives

Qualifications

• Completed commercial apprenticeship or a successfully completed degree with a focus on business, personnel, or educational sciences
• Initial experience in the areas of personnel development, Learning & Development, Academy, Training, or Onboarding
• Organizational skills and a structured way of working
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Confident use of digital systems and applications
• Enjoy accompanying people in their development
• Independent, solution-oriented, and service-oriented way of working
• Very good German and good English skills
