Industrial Maintenance Specialist - Prahova

We are looking for a dedicated and passionate Industrial Maintenance Specialist to join our team in Floreşti, Prahova. If you have experience in the technical field and are looking for an opportunity to put your skills to use, this could be the perfect position for you.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain technical support for increasing the efficiency of equipment, machines, and installations within their area of responsibility;
• Monitor and contribute to improving the TRS-P indicator (Rate of breakdown/accidental downtime);
• Realize and optimize the Preventive Maintenance Plan according to monthly planning for equipment within their area of responsibility;
• Monitor the operation mode of equipment, consumption of spare parts, energy, analyze events, and propose solutions for resolving them;
• Follow up on work executed by contractors and subcontractors in accordance with project execution requirements;
• Instruct maintenance personnel on how to perform maintenance tasks;
• Supervise and participate directly in complex works (assembly, maintenance, repairs, adjustments, and operations of equipment, ramp-up after preventive maintenance interventions);
• Participate in network meetings where they support the development of intervention methods and Maintenance Plan;
• Participate in projects to evolve equipment/utilities (modifications or installation of new equipment), providing technical support for analyzing potential consequences with impact on reliability, quality, and efficiency of maintenance;

Requirements:

• Middle or higher education in a technical field, mechanics, electricity, or related fields;
• Previous experience in industrial maintenance (sensors, contactors, inverters, hydraulic and pneumatic systems, industrial automation), minimum 3 years;
• Solid knowledge of mechanics, electricity, and industrial automation;
• Good diagnostic and problem-solving skills;
• Able to work efficiently both independently and in a team;
• A proactive, organized, and structured person;
• Attention to detail and orientation towards high-quality results.
• Conversational English level;
• Basic knowledge of operating Microsoft Office - medium level;
