• Strategic planning: Transform business objectives into concrete marketing plans and align with the sales team to integrate brand messages.
• Coordination of implementation: Organize and prioritize marketing activities, ensuring visual coherence and messaging across all communication channels.
• Development of brand awareness campaigns: Create communication strategies dedicated to electricians and build an online community focused on dialogue and technical support.
• Consolidation of relationships with partners: Develop co-branded campaigns and organize joint events to improve collaboration with distributors.

Requirements: 4-7 years of experience in B2B marketing, knowledge of the Romanian market for electrical materials, mastery of digital marketing tools, and excellent communication skills in Romanian and English.
