Ideal Candidate
Proven experience in applying Lean Manufacturing principles;
Certain knowledge of continuous improvement tools (5S, Kaizen, Kanban, Value Stream Mapping, SMED etc.);
Excellent problem analysis and resolution skills;
Able to work efficiently both individually and as part of a team;
Good communication and relationship-building skills at all levels of the organization;
Techical studies (Engineering, Industrial Management or similar);
Moderate/advanced knowledge of English language;
Good knowledge of MS Office; experience with reporting tools is an advantage.

Job Description
Evaluate the impact of proposed improvement projects;
Coordinate and implement approved changes in Lean projects;
Monitor project progress and results;
Track the efficiency of each project over a 12-month period, collecting and analyzing relevant data;
Promote, develop, and implement Lean Manufacturing standards (5S, Kaizen, Kanban, SMED etc.);
Manage projects initiated from suggestions by other departments, in accordance with management's objectives;
Prepare reports and analyses at the request of superiors, monitoring department performance indicators;
Provide technical support and consulting to teams involved in continuous improvement projects.
