Job description
A position will be responsible for managing and reviewing contracts, dealing with social issues and ensuring compliance in a dynamic and growing environment of IHS Group companies in Brazil. Below are the main activities:
To draft, review and negotiate commercial contracts, supply contracts, partnerships and other legal documents.
To provide legal guidance on social issues.
To manage and mitigate legal risks associated with commercial operations and infrastructure projects.
To represent the company in contractual negotiations.
To ensure compliance with local laws and regulations.
To coordinate external consultants and other stakeholders to resolve complex legal issues.
To prepare and review legal reports and opinions for internal clients.
