Description of the job
- Manages import and export declarations on behalf of the national organization.
- Gathers customs data (e.g. LTD) from suppliers and maintains the data in the local data system (e.g. ERP or customs system).
- Verifies, releases, and archives import declarations.
- Applies to return or additional payment of import duties.
- Emissions Intrastat declarations for the national organization (only for EU plants).
- Maintains and requests customs permits, export licenses, or special customs procedures (if necessary).
- Represents the company in interactions with local or regional customs office.
