Specialist Leader in Customs and Exports Control (m/f/d)

- Identifies and proposes optimization and standardization of existing processes
- Manages import and export declarations on behalf of the national organization
- Acquires customs data (e.g. LTD) from suppliers and maintains data in local system (e.g. ERP or customs system)
- Verifies, releases, and archives import declarations
- Applies to return or pay additional import duties
- Issues Intrastat declarations for the national organization (only for EU plants)
- Calculates preferential origin
- Maintains and requests customs permits, export licenses, or special customs procedures (if necessary)
- Supports other national departments on customs-related matters
- Represents the company in interactions with local or regional customs office
