LOTUS-MED, a healthcare provider in Bucharest, is expanding its team and offers you the opportunity to join us as an IT Specialist.
Description of the main tasks/duties/activities of the position
Responsible for IT administration and maintenance services - at company level
* Providing maintenance and administration services for IT infrastructure (connectivity, patches, installation/relocation of PC units, printers, phones, laptops), hardware and software technical assistance and support services (domain administration; mail; DVR, phone exchange, software installation), in order to ensure the optimal functionality of the IT system infrastructure (active equipment: servers, PCs/laptops, network equipment; as well as passive: cabling, networking).
* Maintains, manages, and represents LOTUS-MED in technical and operational relationships with ICT service providers.
* Periodic analysis of the IT infrastructure, recommendations for modernization/optimization of the infrastructure; technical consulting: e.g. IT equipment/product acquisitions.
* Generating reports (business intelligence/decision support) for the General Director.
* Staff induction and support for medical software (onboarding and training).
* Daily support and rapid resolution of technical blockages (system errors, access rights, printing problems, etc.).
* Maintains a standard of professionalism in carrying out the activities performed.
* Responsible for the confidentiality of the data to which access is gained.
* Complies with Occupational Safety and Health and fire safety regulations.
* Complies with company policies and procedures.
