Specialist IT Support/Daily Operations (m/w/d)

Tasks

• Operation, support, and further development of our IT infrastructure, including cash registers, PDAs, printers, thin-clients, network/WAN, telephony, pick-by-voice equipment, and more.
• Analyzing and resolving hardware and software issues in collaboration with our service providers and international IT specialists from our Danish parent company.
• Digitalization and further development of business processes in our markets and departments.
• Responsibility for exciting projects on digitalization, optimization, and automation of our workflows, such as cloud, IoT, SD-WAN, etc.

Qualification

• A completed IT training or several years of experience in the IT sector.
• Pleasure in acquiring a broad range of IT knowledge and integrating yourself into various digitalization topics.
• Readiness to work together with your team during our business hours, and approximately 1x per month also on weekends, for IT questions.
• A self-reliant and structured working style, as well as initiative and a sense of responsibility.
• Fluent German and very good English skills, at least B2 level.
