IT Specialist - Support, Networking & Servers

About the role:

We are looking for a technology-passionate colleague eager to solve hardware and software challenges to join our team. You will be the main point of contact for our colleagues (IT support), ensuring that the network infrastructure and servers run smoothly, both on-site and remotely.

Your responsibilities:

• IT Support: You are the main contact for troubleshooting for colleagues, providing prompt technical support.
• Software/Hardware Investigations: You troubleshoot various technical issues, from software applications to physical components.
• Server Administration: You monitor, configure, and ensure maintenance of the company's servers.
• Remote Access: You use remote access tools for quick incident resolution on colleagues' PCs.
• Networking: You manage and monitor the local network infrastructure to ensure connectivity.
• Equipment Implementation: You are responsible for the installation, configuration, and implementation of IT equipment used in the company (laptops, printers, servers, etc.).
• Collaboration: You actively work with the team to identify and resolve complex issues.

Our requirements:

• Advanced Software Knowledge: Solid experience in system troubleshooting and diagnostics.
• Server Knowledge: Ability to administer and configure the company's server environment.
• Networking: Knowledge of the local network infrastructure.
• Communication Skills: Ability to explain technical solutions in an understandable way.
• Flexible Work Mode: Ability to manage tasks both on-site and remotely.
• Proactivity: Attention to detail and a desire to improve existing systems.
