Ideal Candidate

Education: Graduate of higher education (Computer Science, Electronics, Industrial Engineering, or related field).
Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar IT infrastructure administration/operation position.
Technical Knowledge:

Operating Systems: Windows Server (2008–2025), Windows 10/11, Linux (Ubuntu etc.).
Virtualization & Backup: VMware ESXi / vSphere, Hyper-V, Veeam Backup solutions, NAS/SAN systems.
Network & Security: Aruba, Cisco, Fortinet Firewall equipment; knowledge of VLAN, routing, Wi-Fi; EDR, DLP, SIEM, EMS solutions.
Identity & Access: Active Directory, Exchange, Privileged Access Management.
Production / OT: Knowledge of industrial networks, OT–IT separation, and PLC infrastructure.
Standards: Knowledge/experience in implementing ISO 27001:2022 and TISAX (VDA ISA) controls.

Foreign Languages: English — fluent level (B2/C1); Romanian — native.

Skills & Competencies:

Process orientation, analytical thinking, and efficient problem-solving.
Self-discipline, initiative, planning ability, and capacity to work under pressure / in unforeseen situations.
Good communication skills, team collaboration, and vendor management.

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Senior IT Specialist to take responsibility for the IT infrastructure, networks, and user systems within our facility. In this role, you will ensure the continuity of production and office activities, manage the OT/IT network infrastructure, and play a key role in implementing cybersecurity policies and preparing for ISO 27001:2022 and TISAX (AL3) audits.

What you will do (Main Responsibilities):

Infrastructure & Continuity: On-site operation and monitoring of servers, virtualization platforms, storage, backup, and network, maintaining business continuity objectives.
Network & Production (OT): Administration of the production network separate from the office network, management of the Manufacturing Execution System (MES) field equipment infrastructure and PLC connections.
Security & Certifications: Implementation of group security policies, management of endpoint security solutions (EDR, DLP), preparation for and escorting security audits (ISO 27001:2022, TISAX AL3), and ensuring GDPR compliance.
User & Equipment Support: Configuration and maintenance of end-user equipment, user access management (Active Directory, privileged access), and IT inventory maintenance.
Backup & Disaster Recovery: Operation of backup processes, conducting periodic restore tests, and managing disaster recovery procedures (DRP).
Vendor & IT Services Management: Technical coordination of local vendors (cabling, ISP, managed services) and resolution of IT incidents/requests according to SLAs.
Special Projects: Technical support in digital transformation projects (SAP Roll-out, TISAX, network optimizations) and close collaboration with the group's IT team.
