Specialist IT

MK KREDIT IFN SA is expanding its team.

Candidate:

• a passionate individual with an interest in the IT domain and a focus on resolving technical issues;
• a responsible, organized person able to meet deadlines, eager to learn new things and self-develop.

Activities:

• Administers, monitors, and develops the current IT infrastructure of the company;
• Plans and administers human resources from an IT perspective (creating accounts, closing accounts etc.) in collaboration with the network administrator;
• Collaborates with the network administrator for implementing IT projects;
• Provides support to employees for using implemented software (CRM/ERP, credit-accounting software), together with the Key Account representative from the supplier side;
• Provides support for creating various reports according to company needs;
• Provides support for resolving errors that appear in the software used within the company.

Requirements:

• A university education, preferably technical (Computer Science, Automation and Computing);
• IT certifications are an advantage;
• Middle-level English language proficiency;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Oriented towards results;
• A spirit of initiative;
• Rapid assimilation of knowledge.
