Ideal Candidate

Purpose for our client, a German company, global leader in storage solutions, we are looking for a new office in Zalău, an IT Specialist.

Ideal Candidate:
- Knowledge of IT administration, particularly Azure AD and Office365.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft technologies (Active Directory, group policies, file and print services, Exchange, Windows operating systems for clients and servers)
- Structured and conceptual approach to work, with emphasis on objectives and results and high-quality standards
- Good communication and presentation skills in German and English
- Resilient, flexible, and able to work in a team
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a comparable activity.
- Good communication and teamwork skills and interface roles.

Job Description

- Response to user questions in the IT context
- Level 1 and 2 troubleshooting, user administration, driver installation, Office application assistance, etc.
- Documenting requests in the ticket system, including solution descriptions
- IT support hotline
