Căutăm un Specialist IT cu experiență în Odoo 17, care să ni se alăture în dezvoltarea și optimizarea aplicațiilor interne. Vei lucra direct în Odoo, pe proiecte reale, cu impact direct asupra proceselor companiei, alături de echipele operaționale, comerciale și manageriale.

Rolul este preponderent tehnic, orientat pe dezvoltare, customizare și îmbunătățire continuă.

Profilul candidatului ideal

Experiență cu Odoo 17 (minim 1 an sau proiecte relevante)
Cunoștințe XML / QWeb / Python – nivel mediu
Experiență cu Odoo.sh (deployments, logs, staging)
Cunoștințe solide de Git
Capacitatea de a înțelege fluxuri de business și de a le transpune în Odoo
Dorință reală de a învăța și a se dezvolta în ecosistemul Odoo
Gândire analitică și orientare către soluții
Persoană proactivă, organizată, curioasă
Engleză – nivel mediu (documentație, debugging, comunicare)
Abilități bune de comunicare și lucru în echipă

Constituie un avantaj:

Experiență în suport IT pentru utilizatori (aplicații, imprimante, conturi, troubleshooting).
Nu sunt necesare cunoștințe avansate de rețelistică, administrare servere sau DevOps.

Cerințe minime

Studii în domeniul IT sau experiență echivalentă
Experiență practică în Python (nivel mediu)
Experiență cu module custom și sisteme Odoo
Cunoștințe de UX/UI în Odoo
Experiență cu integrarea API-urilor
Familiaritate cu Linux

Description of the Job

Main Responsibilities

Development and personalization of Odoo 17 modules using XML, QWeb, and Python
Code management: Git (commit, branch, merge) and deployment through Odoo.sh
Understanding and application of Odoo architecture: models, views, business logic, security
Adapting forms, reports, automations, and workflows
Debugging and resolving errors in the platform
Developing and improving internal Odoo applications
Closely collaborating with internal teams for digitalizing processes
Working directly with internal stakeholders (operational, commercial, management)
Maintaining relationships with external providers (Odoo, integrators)
