Specialist IT with Odoo 17 Experience

We are looking for a Specialist IT with experience in Odoo 17, who will join our team to develop and optimize internal applications. You will work directly in Odoo, on real projects, with direct impact on the company's processes, alongside operational, commercial, and managerial teams.

The role is predominantly technical, oriented towards development, customization, and continuous improvement.

• Development and personalization of Odoo 17 modules using XML, QWeb, and Python.
• Code management: Git (commit, branch, merge) and deployment through Odoo.sh.
• Understanding and application of Odoo architecture: models, views, business logic, security.
• Adapting forms, reports, automations, and workflows.
• Debugging and resolving errors in the platform.
• Developing and improving internal Odoo applications.
• Closely collaborating with internal teams for digitalizing processes.
• Working directly with internal stakeholders (operational, commercial, management).
• Maintaining relationships with external suppliers (Odoo, integrators).

• Experience with Odoo 17 (minimum 1 year or relevant projects).
• Knowledge of XML / QWeb / Python – medium level.
• Experience with Odoo.sh (deployments, logs, staging).
• Solid knowledge of Git.
• Ability to understand business flows and translate them into Odoo.
• A genuine desire to learn and develop in the Odoo ecosystem.
• Analytical thinking and orientation towards solutions.
• A proactive, organized, curious person.
• Moderate English skills (documentation, debugging, communication).
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

It is an advantage:
Experience in IT support for users (applications, printers, accounts, troubleshooting).
No advanced knowledge of network administration, server management, or DevOps is required.

• Studies in the field of IT or equivalent experience.
• Practical experience with Python (medium level).
• Experience with custom modules and Odoo systems.
• Knowledge of UX/UI in Odoo.
• Experience with API integrations.
• Familiarity with Linux.
