Specialist IT - Constanța

We are looking for a Specialist IT who, together with the team, will participate in maintaining and developing the IT network and infrastructure (network equipment, IT&C equipment, video surveillance systems, etc.) existing within the company. If you decide to join us, you will work closely with a professional and friendly team, but you will also collaborate with other departments to ensure the optimal functioning of activities at our central office in Constanța and at points of work across the country.

You are the ideal candidate if:

• You have completed courses in the IT field;
• One of your goals is to develop yourself permanently, both professionally and personally;
• You possess knowledge about:
  • Maintenance and troubleshooting hardware for various IT&C equipment (computers, peripherals, network equipment, mobile phones, barcode readers, etc.);
  • Average knowledge of networking;
  • Installation and configuration of Windows operating systems;
  • Installation and use of other common applications (Microsoft Office package, Adobe Reader, AnyDesk, BitDefender, etc.);
• You have experience in the field (it's an advantage);
• You are willing to travel to Triton offices across the country;
• You are punctual, meticulous, persevering, and detail-oriented;
• You possess a driving license category B (it's an advantage).

Responsibilities:

• Cabling new offices and setting up the IT infrastructure (setting up and installing network equipment);
• Periodic verification and maintenance of workstation stations and other peripheral equipment;
• Periodic verification and maintenance of internal video surveillance systems;
• Installing/configuring operating systems and other applications on workstations within the company;
• Installing necessary applications and configuring them on tablets/mobile phones;
• Providing user assistance in using applications (remote, phone, or in-person);
