Card Personalization Infrastructure Specialist

Job Purpose:

Ensuring the maintenance of the Digital Identity Business Unit's card personalization infrastructure in the specified parameters by efficiently using available resources and providing necessary technical support.

Requirements:

• Higher education in technical fields, preferably IT (Computer Science, Automation, Electronics)
• Job-specific courses/certifications: relevant IT courses
• Professional experience: minimum 3 years in operating IT systems
• Experience in using and administering hardware and software systems

Required Knowledge:

• Windows Operating Systems – installation and configuration
• Linux Operating Systems – installation and configuration
• Database usage: Oracle, Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, MariaDB
• Knowledge of virtualization environments usage
• Competencies in operating and administering hardware equipment
• MS Office (examples: Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• English language – intermediate level
• Skills: teamwork, organizational skills, attention to detail, data analysis, stress resistance, results orientation, customer orientation, continuous learning

• Web server and database server knowledge – basic level

Responsibilities:

• Involvement in the production process for card personalization, verification, and preparation of personalized cards for delivery
• Ensuring the functionality of the IT infrastructure by continuously monitoring IT systems and platforms
• Intervention for problem resolution in the software and hardware infrastructure of the card personalization infrastructure to maintain the functionality of specific services
• Testing and configuring applications and new versions of software applications used within the card personalization infrastructure
• Creating and updating procedures and manuals for the administration and use of IT applications and the card personalization infrastructure (e.g., installation & configuration, backup & restore, application usage, application presentations, etc.). Keeping documentation and procedures related to services, equipment, and applications within the card personalization infrastructure up-to-date
• Consultation and technical support for the development, design, and integration of card personalization systems
• Travel to other locations for disaster recovery testing.
