An average workday
Curious about what's on your to-do list on an average workday? Think, for example, of guiding clients to the right solution based on their needs, giving them the feeling of immediate assistance. This could also mean that, if the client prefers, you have a direct conversation with appropriate target groups. If the question is more complex, you forward it to second-line support or schedule a management meeting for this. In addition, you proactively call clients from different target groups to schedule a management meeting and schedule it with a Private Asset Management Specialist B.

You & your talent:
* Minimum MBO level 4 diploma and familiar with the banking systems (Siebel, etc.)
* You hold WFT Basis and WFT Vermogen certificates
* You have strong communication skills, both verbal and written. You also have good listening and conversation skills.
