Specialist in Organization and Processes

Main Responsibilities:

• Operational Efficiency Management: Coordinating organizational activities to ensure efficient functioning (both formal and substantive) of daily operations, including relationships with internal and/or external suppliers.
• Development and Implementation of Organizational Procedures: Defining and implementing efficient procedures to improve productivity, reduce costs, and optimize resources.
• Portfolio Management for the Area: Ensuring correct project management activities within the area by supporting PMO for monitoring resources, benefits, risks, and KPI/OKR-uris.
• Resource Planning and Management: Ensuring a correct planning of resources and facilitating training and development activities.
• Change Coordination: Supporting the implementation of organizational changes, ensuring a smooth transition and minimizing impact on daily operations.
• Internal Communication: Coordinating and facilitating internal communication to ensure efficient transmission of information and cohesion between different departments/offices.
• Organizational Performance Monitoring: Defining and monitoring key performance indicators, identifying opportunities for improvement, and proposing solutions.

Necessary Qualifications:

• Advanced knowledge of the Italian language (written and spoken).
• Prior experience in similar roles.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
• Able to coordinate multiple teams and projects.
• Competence in using project management tools and performance indicators.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
