Specialist in Investigations and Risks - Logistics

The main responsibilities are to coordinate and supervise safety strategies for the company, ensuring prevention, attention, and resolution of incidents on the road. It will be responsible for managing accidents, internal and external investigations, as well as continuous training for operational and administrative personnel in safety topics.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and follow up on incidents and accidents on the road, ensuring immediate attention to the involved units.
• Collaborate with the monitoring team to implement preventive and corrective measures for safety on transportation routes.
• Manage and follow up on accidents, negotiating and communicating with insurance companies and competent authorities.
• Develop and implement programs for training and training in road safety, risk prevention, and critical incident management.
• Conduct investigations in cases of accidents, thefts, or events with criminal implications, generating detailed reports and proposing improvement actions.
• Analyze data on incidents and accidents to identify risk patterns and establish action plans.
• Coordinate the implementation of safety policies and procedures aligned with local and international regulations.
• Foster a culture of safety among operators, monitoring personnel, and other related areas.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Security, Criminology, Transportation Engineering, Administration or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in road safety, transportation accidents, and team coordination.
• Experience in managing and negotiating with authorities, insurance companies, and clients.
• Intermediate to advanced English.
• Availability for on-site and office attendance.
• Leadership, assertive communication, and problem-solving skills.
