Buildit, a software platform developed by Infera Technology, is designed to digitalize and optimize operational workflows in construction projects.
We are looking for a Specialist in Digital Processes who will ensure the efficient implementation of the application on site, improve user experience, and provide valuable feedback to the development team from the field.
This position plays an essential role in connecting the teams on site with the software development team, contributing directly to the digital transformation of construction operations.

Requirements and qualifications:
- Prior experience or willingness to work on a construction site;
- Higher education degree, preferably in engineering or technical fields;
- Interest in technology and digitalization, basic knowledge of software usage;
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills;
- English language, Turkish is an advantage;
- Analytical thinking and ability to proactively resolve problems;
- Frequent travel within the country, depending on projects.

Main responsibilities:

Main responsibilities:
- Monitoring the implementation and use of the Buildit application on construction sites;
- Providing technical assistance to users who encounter difficulties;
- Reporting errors, proposals for improvement, and user feedback to the development team;
- Instructing and guiding site teams on efficient usage of the application;
- Preparing periodic reports on usage and received requests from the field;
- Suggesting solutions and optimizations to increase software efficiency in the operational environment.
