Specialist HR Controlling (m/w/d)

Develop sustainable processes and structures for the corporate group and implement HR reporting and controlling as an 'HR Controller (m/w/d)'.

Tasks

• You will be responsible for creating and further developing HR key figures, reports, and dashboards (e.g. fluctuation, absenteeism, personnel costs, headcount planning)
• You will analyze personnel costs and support budget and forecast planning
• You will develop the existing HR controlling system further
• You will conduct ad-hoc analyses for management and HR leadership
• You will ensure data quality in the HR system - cooperation with Finance and IT
• You will create presentations and decision-making grounds for management

Qualification

• You hold a completed degree in business administration, economics, human resources management, controlling or comparable
• You have already gained several years of experience in HR controlling, personnel controlling or financial controlling
• Very good knowledge of Excel and experience with HR systems and reporting tools (Personio is an advantage, Power BI)
• You possess analytical thinking and a high affinity to numbers and data
• Understanding of HR processes and labor law fundamentals are advantageous
• You are communicatively skilled and can present complex numbers in an understandable way
