Specialist - Focus Construction and Infrastructure (m/f/d)

• You will be responsible for technical work packages in construction and infrastructure projects and ensure reliable, on-time results.

• You will support project management with complex questions, evaluate solution approaches, and develop concrete recommendations for action.

• Depending on your focus, you will contribute your expertise, for example, to project management, scheduling, planning coordination, construction processes, or contract and amendment issues.

• You will identify potential for improvement in project processes and develop suitable methods and tools for practical application.

• You will clarify technical requirements with project stakeholders and support collaboration at technical and organizational interfaces.

• You will coordinate tasks within the team, provide technical leadership to colleagues, and ensure the quality of work results.

• You will further develop your area of specialization and share your knowledge through training, coaching, and technical exchange.

• You will support the preparation of proposals and the further development of our services with your expertise.

What you bring with you

• A completed degree in engineering, such as civil engineering or industrial engineering, or a comparable qualification.

• At least six years of relevant professional experience, for example, in planning, construction execution, project management, or technical project management.

• In-depth knowledge in at least one specialized area of the construction and infrastructure environment, as well as technical and commercial understanding.

• Experience in independently handling demanding tasks, preparing technical decisions, and documenting results comprehensibly.

• Proficiency in dealing with the regulations relevant to your area of specialization, such as HOAI and VOB.

• Proficiency in using MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Project, as well as the specialized applications relevant to your focus.

• Enjoyment of passing on knowledge, supporting colleagues, and taking responsibility for technical quality within the team.

• Very good German skills and good English skills.
