You work on complex electrical installations: from fuse boxes, three-phase connections, and battery setups to troubleshooting issues that others cannot solve. At Zonneplan, you combine these tasks in one role and see the direct result of your work every day.

You work in a team of two or independently on service and troubleshooting jobs from Hazerswoude-Dorp. You coach colleagues in their technical analysis and play a leading role in battery installations. The position is for 32-40 hours per week, and the salary ranges between €3,200 and €3,800.

• You independently carry out the most complex installations. From replacing fuse boxes to connecting home batteries and laying three-phase connections. You work according to NEN 3140 and complete every job correctly the first time.
• You solve problems that others cannot resolve. You analyze complex faults in solar panels and batteries, make a diagnosis, and resolve them on the spot.
• You make your colleagues better. You coach junior and senior installers on the job by explaining how you analyze and why you make certain choices.
• You take care of your van, tools, and materials as if they were yours. You check daily to ensure everything is complete and in order and report any deviations immediately.

• You have demonstrable experience with complex electrical work in installation technology and can independently replace fuse boxes, install home batteries, lay three-phase connections, and adapt meter cabinets.
• You systematically analyze complex faults in solar panels and batteries and resolve them independently.
• You explain technical matters understandably to customers and colleagues and involve junior and senior installers in your approach.
• You have a B driver's license, no fear of heights, and master the Dutch language.

• A salary between €3,200 and €3,800, depending on your experience and what you demonstrate.
• 25 vacation days, with the option to buy additional days, and travel allowance.
