Petrotel Lukoil in Ploiesti, one of the largest oil refineries in Romania and Eastern Europe, is looking for a Specialist Documentation Studies within the Department of Technical Maintenance and Repair Planning.

REQUIREMENTS:

- Education: higher technical studies (studies in mechanical or chemical technology are an advantage);

- Experience: at least 2 years of experience (experience on a similar post is an advantage);

- Digital knowledge: Microsoft Office

- Word, Excel, PowerPoint;

- Advantage:

- Knowledge of ISO standards, ISO 14001;

- Training courses for accreditation and skill development;

- Advanced knowledge of SAP RCM; Minimum knowledge of reporting SOLOMON.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Prepare the monthly/quarterly/yearly plan for work for allocated budget structures within the Department of Technical Maintenance and Repair Planning;

- Work with SAP and D2 – input data, create contracts, generate orders, record invoices and payment documents for managed works within the planning department;

- Participate in audits within the Service in society;

- Participate in verifying execution controls;

- Perform daily quantitative and qualitative verifications;

- Participate in editing documentation for tenders;

- Analyze documents and input data (request for offer, project, instruction books;

- Verify files with payment situations, so that they contain all necessary documents;

- Follow the realization of the budget for services, materials, and spare parts for maintenance equipment and current repairs;

- Participate in creating a database necessary for Solomon reports, preparing quarterly reports on realized budget for repairs.
