Specialist Technical Department – Auto Claims

Conformgest S.R.L. is expanding its team! We are looking for an organized person, attentive to detail, and solution-oriented, to join the Technical Department and manage and analyze auto claims files.

Main Responsibilities:

• Receiving and managing auto claims requests and files;
• Analyzing malfunctions and their causes;
• Analyzing repair estimates and verifying repair components and operations;
• Identifying car parts and verifying the necessity of their replacement;
• Communicating with car repair shops, clients, and company partners;
• Requesting and verifying the necessary documents for opening and resolving claims files;
• Analyzing quotes and repair costs;
• Managing the repair approval process, according to internal procedures and warranty conditions;
• Identifying and resolving unforeseen situations;
• Maintaining effective communication with all involved parties;
• Using IT systems and internal programs for registering and managing files.

Requirements:

- Higher education: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Automotive or related technical fields.

- Professional experience: minimum 1–2 years of experience in a similar role or in a relevant field, such as car repair shop, technical department, auto claims, car warranty, or related fields.

Skills:

- Technical knowledge in the automotive field, including knowledge of main automotive components and parts, as well as their functioning.

- Ability to analyze documents, repair estimates, and technical information, as well as to correctly identify and evaluate associated works and parts.

- Good PC operating skills, including Microsoft Office and Excel.

- Excellent organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to meet deadlines.

- Attention to detail and capacity for analysis and verification of information.

- Good communication skills, both verbal and written.

- Problem-solving ability and focus on identifying quick and efficient solutions.

- Proactive, professional attitude, and customer orientation.

- Ability to work both independently and in a team, in a dynamic environment.

- Desire for learning and professional development within the company.
