Specialist Controlling & Finance (m/f/d)

Tasks
- Production controlling, including the development and maintenance of modern controlling tools and reports for the optimal control of the dynamic production environment.
- Creation of standard cost rollups, performance of precise variance analyses and ensuring correct cost allocation.
- Identification and analysis of deviations between target and actual values, clarification of inconsistencies and differences, proposal and coordination of necessary corrections.
- Investigation of production processes, identification of potential for cost reduction and optimization, derivation of concrete recommendations for action and tracking of their implementation.
- Collaboration in the planning, implementation and evaluation of inventories.
- Support of the financial accounting department, e.g. in booking business transactions, payment runs and dunning, account reconciliation and master data maintenance.
- Participation in the preparation of various statistics, evaluations and other tasks of financial accounting within the framework of day-to-day business.
- Function as a business partner for cost center managers and department heads through support in financial matters.
Qualification
- You have a relevant degree or commercial training with corresponding experience
- Initial professional experience in the field of finance and controlling (also as a working student) as well as a strong understanding of numbers and interest in production processes
- You have very good knowledge of Office Tools and ERP systems, ideally SAP FI/CO (preferably experience with PP/MM).
- You speak fluent German and have good English skills.
