Specialist - Compliance Officer

Job Description We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Specialist - Compliance Officer to join our team in Waihi, New Zealand. Reporting to the Process Maintenance Superintendent, you will be responsible for ensuring our organization's adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies, while promoting a culture of compliance throughout the company. Develop, implement, and maintain compliance policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements and industry best practices. This role will involve reviewing and analyzing compliance data, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing corrective actions. You will also be responsible for conducting compliance audits and monitoring the effectiveness of our compliance program. Additionally, you will provide training and guidance to employees on compliance matters and ensure that all employees are aware of their compliance responsibilities. You will be required to maintain accurate and detailed records of your activities and provide regular reports to management. This is a full-time position based in Waihi, New Zealand.
