Specialist Business Applications & Operations (m/f/d)

• Linking business requirements with technological possibilities and operational priorities
• Advising internal stakeholders on technological and application-related issues
• Responsibility for the reliable operation, service quality, and business continuity of business applications
• Prioritization and coordination of service requests, optimizations, and changes within the RUN portfolio
• Management of incident and problem management, including root cause analyses and sustainable resolution of recurring problems
• Coordination of AMS partners, internal specialists, and external providers
• Ensuring agreed-upon service quality and promoting operational excellence
• Promoting continuous improvement of applications and services
• Participation in the further development of application roadmaps
• Ensuring the smooth handover of new solutions from BUILD to RUN operation
• Coordination and alignment of operational priorities, risks, resources, and dependencies across various application areas

• Completed apprenticeship or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable field of study
• Very good German and English language skills
• At least five years of professional experience in the field of Business Applications and ERP systems
• Experience with Application Management Services, Service Management, and the optimization of operational processes
• In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes and Operational Governance
• Experience in incident and problem management as well as in the sustainable improvement of services
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to balance business priorities, operational risks, and service quality
• Experience with agile working methods and in project implementation
