• Analyzing internal processes and identifying improvement opportunities using Artificial Intelligence tools

• Training and supporting colleagues in adopting and using AI-based solutions

• Collaborating with internal teams, reporting progress, and implementing process automation measures

• Maintaining efficient and professional communication with project beneficiaries

• Preparing and submitting statements, summaries, and reports requested by management or clients

• Completed university studies in the field of construction

• 1-2 years of experience in the construction field (experience in a construction laboratory is an advantage)

• Solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word) usage

• Experience in automation processes and AI solutions is an advantage

• Good organizational, prioritization, and attention to detail skills

• Clear and efficient communication, both with internal teams and external partners

• Ability to work in a team, as well as to take initiative in problem-solving
