This is what you'll do As Specialist Arbo and Verzuim, you will ensure good guidance for (former) employees who have gone out sick and end up in the Sickness Benefits Act or the Work and Income Act, so that they can reintegrate into a new job. You navigate this easily and know how to find the right tone: you are result-oriented, think in possibilities, and know how to motivate former employees in a motivating way. At the same time, you're tough on content, but soft on people. You work in the HR Reward team...
