Specialist After Sales

Bergerat Monnoyeur, Caterpillar dealer in Romania and Republic of Moldova, is hiring a Specialist After Sales for its Mogoșoaia office. Transport will be provided on the route Bucharest – Mogoșoaia and Cocani – Mogoșoaia.

The main objectives of the Specialist After Sales are to analyze the repair history of Caterpillar equipment and provide technical support to the sales service team, especially in preparing and supporting complex repair offers and estimates.

Job description:

Analyze the repair history of equipment and, based on opportunities from the manufacturer and using internal computer platforms and Cat's platform, propose repairs to the sales service team.
Follow up on how these opportunities are managed.
Provide technical support to the sales service team in preparing and supporting complex repair offers and estimates.
Ensure technical and commercial counseling for the sales service team.
Consulting builder documentation, propose new technical solutions to the commercial post-sales team.
Upon request from the commercial department, prepare atypical work orders.
Participate, as needed, in training sessions proposed by the hierarchical superior.
Study instructional materials and technical documentation provided by Caterpillar.
Maintain direct contact with the support departments of the equipment manufacturers' products being commercialized.
