Specialist Adoption Architect

Red Hat's Technology Sales & Adoption team seeks a highly energised and self-motivated technical expert to reduce the time to value and optimise customer outcomes, enabling customer adoption of Red Hat products and technologies. Leveraging an engagement-based delivery model, you will work with customers adopting Red Hat platforms, including OpenShift [running on-prem or cloud hyperscalers] and Ansible. You will assist customers with integrating Red Hat products in their enterprise IT environment, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and processes. This role requires strong technical expertise, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple stakeholders. Key responsibilities include: • Developing and delivering tailored adoption strategies for customers, leveraging Red Hat's technology portfolio. • Collaborating with internal teams to design and deliver customised solutions that meet customer needs. • Providing technical guidance and support to customers, ensuring successful implementation of Red Hat products. • Building strong relationships with customers, understanding their business objectives, and identifying opportunities for Red Hat technologies to drive value. • Staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices, applying this knowledge to drive customer success.
