We are looking for an organized person, detail-oriented and result-oriented, who can manage the relationship with suppliers and the company's procurement process.
The ideal candidate has experience working with suppliers, knows how to verify and compare prices, transmit correct orders, and track deliveries. They are a responsible, communicative, and capable individual who can work efficiently both individually and in a team.
Experience in the furniture or acquisitions domain is an advantage.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Transmitting orders to suppliers, according to internal needs
- Verifying, comparing, and updating procurement prices
- Maintaining relationships with existing suppliers and constant communication with them
- Tracking order confirmations, delivery terms, and stock levels
- Centralizing offers and procurement documents
- Collaborating with internal departments (sales, logistics, administration)
Requirements:
- Minimum experience in acquisitions, logistics, or supplier relations
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Attention to detail and ability to analyze prices
- Basic knowledge of PC operation (email, Excel)
- Seriousness and desire for long-term stability
