Job description
Ideal Candidate
Requirements for Ideal Candidate but not mandatory (experience is an advantage)
Higher education completed (preferably in the economic, legal or technical field);
Relevant experience in public procurement (minimum 6 months);
Knowledge of the current legislation regarding public procurement
Skills in preparing feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, technical projects
Ability to prepare, verify and manage procurement documents;
Good knowledge of operating a PC (MS Office, SEAP platform);
Attention to details, responsibility and organizational capacity;
Communication and teamwork skills;
Resistance to stressful situations.

Publishing announcements and documents in SEAP/SICAP;
Managing and tracking procurement procedures until completion;
Collaborating with contracting authorities, suppliers and public institutions;
Monitoring legislative changes in the field of public procurement.
