Aufgaben

• You are responsible for processing account corrections, including bonus and allowance credits.
• You provide support in processing and booking unassigned payments and clarifying accounts.
• The performance of debtor payments and weekly direct debit entries also falls within your scope of responsibility.
• In addition, your contributions to optimization projects in the Accounts Receivable area round out your field of activity.
• The processing of workshop invoices for affiliated companies is also part of your tasks.
• You support the maintenance and input of customer master data, especially SEPA mandates.
• Your participation in monthly reporting is crucial for the department.

Qualifikation

• You have completed a successful vocational training in accounting and possess solid bookkeeping knowledge.
• You can look back on one to two years of experience in accounts receivable and are motivated to continue developing in a dynamic team.
• Team orientation and customer focus are self-evident for you.
• Your understanding of numbers and structured working method leave a convincing impression.
• Your skills in handling MS-Office, especially Excel, are very good.
• Your German language skills in writing and speaking are excellent, and you have basic knowledge of English.
• You possess excellent analytical skills and act process-oriented.
