Job Responsibilities Develop, validate, and maintain special process procedures (e.g., heat treatment, surface treatment, coatings, welding, brazing) Perform process capability studies and continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with aerospace standards and customer requirements (NADCAP, AS9100, FAA/EASA) Assist the Manager in day-to-day process monitoring and production requirement Perform other duties and responsibilities, as assigned Typical “special processes” include: Welding, Brazing, Coatings, Surface Treatment, Heat Treatment, ...
