• Conduct engaging screenings and interviews in both Norwegian and English
• Establish strong relationships with clients and candidates—your people skills are key!
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs
• Maintain organized records and databases for effective candidate tracking
• Support the recruitment process at every stage to ensure a smooth candidate experience
• Bring fresh ideas to the table to enhance our talent acquisition strategies

Requirements

• Fluency in Norwegian and English is essential—let your language skills shine!
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build those vital connections
• Ideal candidates are self-motivated and enjoy working independently as well as in a team
• A proactive attitude and a genuine desire to learn are a must!
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills will set you apart
