Speaking Customer Service Advisor – Portsmouth (Office Based)

We are delighted to present a fantastic new opportunity for a speaking Customer Service Advisor to join a leading international export company specialising in consumer entertainment goods.

Our client is a well-established and dynamic international company with a strong reputation in the export of consumer entertainment products. They are now seeking a motivated speaking Customer Service Advisor to strengthen their international sales team.

As part of the international sales team, you will act as the main point of contact for -speaking business customers, ensuring excellent service and smooth order processing. Typical duties include:

• Handling and processing orders from -speaking customers via email and telephone
• Organising transport and delivery of orders
• Providing translation and language support to the international business development team
• Creating and processing invoices and sales orders
• Ensuring accurate record keeping and administration
• Maintaining good product and market knowledge
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

The successful candidate will demonstrate:

• Fluency in and English
• Ideally, some experience in administration or customer service (though full training will be provided)
• Strong organisational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Good administrative and IT skills
• A team-oriented, proactive, and professional approach
• Cultural awareness and ability to work with international clients

• £24,000 – £27,500 (depending on experience)
• Full-time, permanent role
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 08:00 am – 4:00 pm
• Office-based in Portsmouth
