• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and timely resolution of issues.
• Analyze feedback and metrics to recommend enhancements in service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions and insights within the CRM system for future reference.

Requirements

• Fluency in both written and spoken, and English.
• Experience in service or loyalty roles, ideally in retail or service-focused environments.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction.
• Familiarity with CRM software and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Analytical capabilities with a proactive approach to problem-solving and engagement.
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting and adapt to diverse customer needs.
• Flexibility to work hours, including evenings and weekends as necessary.
