• Deliver superior customer service to clients through various communication channels including phone, email, and chat.
• Address customer inquiries and resolve issues effectively to drive customer satisfaction.

• Document customer interactions in the CRM system accurately for tracking and improvement purposes.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both spoken and written.
