Tasks ahead:

• Preparing elements for welding (cleaning, grinding, deburring)
• Setting and adjusting parts according to technical drawings
• Following safety and quality standards
• Performing work within the planned timeframe
• Collaborating with other production workers

Who are we looking for?

We value passion and attitude over experience. Therefore, we do not expect you to have all the skills. Instead, we have listed a few that we believe will help you succeed and develop on this position:

• Authorization to weld using the MAG 135 method (additional TIG 141 or MIG 131 authorization welcome)
• At least one year of experience in welding using the MAG 135 or MIG 131 method
• Ability to perform welds subject to non-destructive testing
• Readiness to work in a shift system
• Responsibility, engagement, and compliance with safety standards
• Basic knowledge of Polish language
• Knowledge of technical and assembly drawings
• Ability to use basic hand tools, pneumatic tools, and measuring tools (e.g. caliper, flexible ruler)
