Your future role

Pick up new challenges and utilize your technical knowledge in a new field. You will work with qualified and team-oriented colleagues from the team. You will play a key role in shaping the future of rail mobility, ensuring the highest production standards.

Your tasks:

  • Preparing component elements for welding process (grinding, cleaning, deburring)

  • Adjusting (setting, measuring)

  • Welding according to the welding instruction (INS)

  • Maintaining all standards and norms on the work site

  • Performing tasks/operations according to the technological time schedule

Who are we looking for?

We value passion and attitude over experience. Therefore, we do not expect you to have all the skills. Instead, we've listed a few that we think will help you succeed and develop on this position:

  • Knowledge of language: Polish – Conversational, English highly regarded

  • Qualifications/Certificates: required 131 MIG, if you don't have these qualifications you can obtain them by completing an aluminum training course. To participate in the welding training course, qualifications 135 MAG FM1 or FM5 are required

  • Knowledge of technical drawing, assembly drawing

  • Ability to use basic hand tools, pneumatic tools and measurement tools (caliper, flexible ruler etc.)

Mileage: qualifications allowing for crane operation from the working height and qualifications for acetylene-oxygen torch in the material heating process
