Spatial Designer (all genders)

We are looking for a Senior Spatial Designer (all genders) from July 2026. Become part of our community – we're excited to have you!

WHAT YOU DO

• You develop creative, aesthetic, and holistic design concepts for international clients from the Fashion, Lifestyle, Automotive & Hospitality sectors.
• From the initial spark to implementation – you work on big ideas, comprehensive concepts, and translate these into space and support them with mood boards, scribbles, and 3D visualizations/KI.
• Your concepts are based on a well-thought-out customer journey, taking into account budget and resource planning. Beyond spatial design, you develop holistic experiences and activation approaches.
• In addition to your passion for conception, you're hands-on and set ideas in motion actively.
• You work in interdisciplinary teams with strategists, architects, product designers, and project managers – depending on the project in different team constellations. You also convince with your sovereign demeanor when dealing with clients.
• The work with KI is integrated into our processes; you should feel comfortable with it and enjoy working with new tools.

WHO YOU ARE

• A completed degree in Retail Design, Architecture, Communication Design or a comparable qualification.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience.
• A structured, self-reliant, and solution-oriented working style.
• Passion for design, innovation, and current trends.
• Excellent communication skills and teamwork.
• Fluent German and good English language skills.
