As a Sparring Process Manager CSI with German, you will be responsible for managing the process of implementing ServiceNow solutions for our clients. This includes developing and maintaining processes, procedures, and documentation to ensure successful project delivery. You will also work closely with our technical teams to identify and prioritize requirements, develop test cases, and execute testing activities. In addition, you will collaborate with our sales team to understand customer needs and develop tailored solutions.
