Spare Parts Specialist | Aftersales Changan Mexico, one of the fastest-growing global automotive brands, is looking for a Spare Parts Specialist | Aftersales to strengthen our Aftersales operations and ensure excellence across our dealer network. Key Responsibilities Manage spare parts invoicing to the dealer network. Network support. Monitor and resolve daily requests, claims, and VOR cases. Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams to ensure proper handling and dispatch of parts. Manage discrepancies in inventory levels and adjust accordingly. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Provide exceptional customer service through timely responses and resolutions. Develop strong relationships with dealerships and internal stakeholders. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives. Analyze data and metrics to measure performance and make informed decisions.
