Spare Parts Assistant - Warehouse

Role Overview We are looking for a hands-on and detail-oriented Spare Parts Assistant to join our local team and support the Service and Maintenance department in our warehouse. Main Responsibilities: • Assist in the preparation and dispatch of spare parts to customers and dealers; • Maintain accurate records of spare parts inventory and stock levels; • Identify and report any discrepancies or damage to spare parts; • Collaborate with the Service and Maintenance team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of spare parts; • Perform other tasks as required to support the smooth operation of the warehouse. Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent; • 1-2 years of experience in a similar role or in a warehouse environment; • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills; • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively; • Excellent communication and teamwork skills; • Ability to lift and move heavy objects (up to 25 kg) and work at heights (up to 2 meters) if necessary; • Familiarity with warehouse management systems and software is an asset.
