My client, an international logistics service provider, is currently looking for a motivated IT Delivery/Support Manager for a hybrid position in the Bielefeld area!
Key Words: IT Delivery, IT Support, Service Levels, Incident / Problem / Change Management, ITIL Foundation, fluent German, fluent English, Bielefeld Region
Position: IT Service Delivery / Support Manager (m/w/d)
Location: Bielefeld Area (2 days per week in the office)
Type: Full-time employment
Home-Office: 60% possible
Tasks
- Management of processes (Incident / Change / Problem Management)
- Implementation and planning of infrastructure projects (networks, servers, firewalls)
- Communication with stakeholders and IT teams
- Process optimization
Qualification
- At least 3 years of professional experience in IT Service Delivery / Support Management
- Good skills in networks, servers, and IT infrastructure
- Certification in ITIL Foundation is advantageousFluent German (B2/C1) and English (B2/
