Tasks

• You are the first point of contact by phone and email for technical and organizational matters for our B2B customers.
• You analyze and correct errors in the e-health sector directly with our specialized software tools, rather than just resetting passwords.
• You support hospitals on an equal footing and actively accompany the technical onboarding of new customers.
• You document support cases neatly in the ticket system and benefit from regular escalation routes for more complex inquiries at the second level.

Qualification

You fit us if…

• … You have an IT education (e.g. Fachinformatiker/in) or a commercial education with IT interest and 2 years of professional experience.
• … You can analyze situations, bring them to the point, and communicate clearly.
• ... You bring very good German language skills (C1/C2).
