Your responsibilities will include: • Responding to user inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner, using excellent communication skills in Spanish. • Providing accurate and helpful information to users, addressing their questions and resolving their issues. • Collaborating with the moderation team to ensure that online content is safe, respectful, and in line with community guidelines. • Participating in training sessions and workshops to stay up-to-date with the latest moderation tools and best practices. • Maintaining accurate records of user interactions and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner. • Working closely with the moderation team to identify and address any issues or concerns that may arise. • Participating in regular meetings with the moderation team to discuss progress, share best practices, and identify areas for improvement. • Staying up-to-date with the latest developments and trends in online content moderation, and applying this knowledge to improve moderation processes and outcomes. • Maintaining a high level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality in all aspects of the role.
